The bandwidth of the 80A03 is depended on the serial number. Bandwidth is DC to 12.5GHz for serial numbers up to B020423 and 18GHz typical for serial numbers B020424 and higher. These are nominal specification. The 18GHz units should have decent performance out to 20GHZ.
The bandwidth of the probe being used will determine the system (80A03 and probe) bandwidth.
