My YBT250 and YBA250 aren't recognized and don't work when attached to my new Y400 NetTek platform. They worked on my older Y350C platform.

My YBT250 and YBA250 aren't recognized and don't work when attached to my new Y400 NetTek platform. They worked on my older Y350C platform.

The latest software has not been loaded into the YBT250 and YBA250 from the Tektronix web site. Previous versions of software were unaware of the new Y400 platform. Load in the newest software from the Tektronix website into your PC, then connect the Y400 with modules attached, and load in the latest software. If upgrading the YBT1 card, load the software into the Y400 with the card removed, then plug it in when the installation is done.
