We provide design services for custom RF and microwave components, including circuit and mechanical design, as well as simulation. Our circuit design capabilities include substrate layout and design, launch and connector modeling and circuit characterization. For mechanical design, we provide housing and assembly layout services, with special attention to thermal, assembly process and materials requirements. Combined together, our complete design services can optimize the signal integrity of your RF and microwave devices.
Our 32,000 square-foot lean manufacturing facility can support a wide variety of RF and microwave component builds, including switches, mixers, amplifiers, frequency synthesizers and other types of modules and IMAs. Whether you require challenging interconnect bonding, precision assembly or tight component and substrate placement, we have the capabilities to meet most assembly requirements. In support of our defense customers, we are an ITAR-registered facility and accredited Trusted Supplier.
Since our inception as Tektronix' hybrid components group, test has always been an integral part of our capabilities and a unique strength. We offer full RF and microwave performance testing, ranging from measurement validation and traceability to environmental testing and qualification, all with the goal of fully validating the performance of RF and microwave components before shipment to our customers.
